Central to our way of working is the person-centered approach developed by Carl Rogers, although we do draw on other counselling models and are open to other approaches.

The person-centered approach is based on a deep trust of each individual's potential and capacity for growth and development. We believe that if a client feels that their counsellor really does understand and accept their situation and feelings then positive changes become possible. We aim to offer a safe, confidential space where clients will not feel judged and will be able to trust that their counsellor is relating to them in an open, genuine way.

In addition to counselling we also offer supervision, mentoring and training.
